Two things before you start

  • Do Jour 1 today, not tomorrow. The hardest day of any challenge is the one you postpone
  • Record yourself reading the Jour 1 passage before you listen to my audio. Do not judge it, just save it
  • On day seven you will read the same passage again, and the gap between the two recordings is the whole point of the week
  • Say it out loud. Whispering does not train the muscles
